She decides that she is up
She gets dressed fast and tells herself: "Phew okay, try to stay busy and get before."

Rachel: Aww I am so tired, how is it already 7am?
Rachel decides to get out of bed before she starts thinking too much

The effect wears off and Rachel goes to the bathroom to brush her teeth:
"Ah I am so tired".
Rachel brushes her teeth really fast otherwise a thought pops up if she stands for too long
Rachel then takes her breakfast and her tea
To help her distance herself, she goes on her phone.
A post of a person who Rachel does not know has died.
Rachel tries to bless herself and stay in the present. However, she stops eating her cereal

The guilt and darkness surrounds Rachel’s brain making her feel fogged out from reality,

“Okay lets relax continue eating”
Rachel's Mum enters and says to Rachel:
“Rachel HURRY UP YOUR GOING TO MISS THE BUS”
Rachel (internally): “aw I did not even get to finish my cereal, aw why do I do this too myself”
Rachel tries to ignore the thought but shortly afterwards, her mum enters and says:
“Rachel HURRY UP YOUR GOING TO MISS THE BUS”
